I guess its got motorcycle engines in it turbo charged so the weight benefit. 1000+bhp / tonne on a road legal car has gotta be quick!

And you can be proud of it because it is an Indian company (based on a thumb rule).
Caparo is owned by Lord Swaraj Paul.

have a look at the 2006 top gear video on the same page...they said it was a 2.4 litre supercharged V8...

then the specs at the bottom say its a 3.5 litre normally aspirated one!!

Mind numbing performance....I GUESS YOU CAN BUY DEATH THESE DAYS...FOR AROUND 190,000 POUNDS...

That looks like a Powertec V8 to me - two hayabusa heads on a custom V8 block with a 180-degree crank.

Dude thats exactly what it is. So its quite possible for it to do 30mpg coz all the power is produced at high revs. They engine speed limited to 10K rpm can easily touch 17K rpm as they say. So its gotta be the two busa engines .

just saw the video...that definitely has to be a flat plane V8....so its either a powertec or something close.

Its a nice looking thing with awesome performance but 200,000 quid, wow thats a lot, but i guess it would be well worth it, could be used in racing schools with their own track..awesome..i would love to own one along with my own racing track somewhere close to delhi..
