Ford is to sell its luxury car builders Jaguar and Land Rover for up to £3 billion, Auto Express has learned

Jaguar and Land Rover both face significant challenges in the years to come

Though the move is yet to be made official, the American company has revealed its plans to government ministers, and explained that three banks, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and HSBC will advise it during the sale.

ford just recently sold ASTON MARTIN , land is doing great posting profits should be no reason to sell, jaguar on the other hand is in a mess & should be sold

its confirmed- they are selling jag and land rover- expected price for both: 12billion USD. they are apparently also considering selling volvo, which would mean that the entire Premier Automotive Group owned by Ford will be sold off. they are thinking of sticking to core competencies of cost leadership in order to fuel their return to profitability...
