Should I do the sacrilegeous act of bringing Lexus to the scene! But they have some nice cars that run!

I would say none of them and go for LEXUS. I'm sick of unreliable vehicles. I drive one of them a VW which is essentially and Audi. Initial build is great on audi's / vw's just wait till electricals start failing and you pay out of your rear end to fix it. Its the same with Mercedes here. Owwww is the word that much it hurts your pocket.
About BMW i'd say they're definitely in a better position than the other two in terms of reliabilty. But lexus all the way. Hats off to toyota and their reliability!

I would go for BMW only because they are the only people who have the good sense to make small rear-drive cars that you can use everyday.

I agree with blaze & 1100 about Lexus though. I wouldn't mind the IS350 (rear drive, 305 horsepower, 3500lbs) as a long-distance roadtrip car. You wont get tired driving this car ALL DAY LONG, believe you me.

buy an IS350 and you will not have any friends. take a look at the rear legroom in there. the GS350 on the other hand is one hell of a cruiser, very comfy and quite fast (its no bmw 3 series though)

I wouldn't compare GS with the 3 but the 5. For that matter even the 5 is no 3!! But the new C has potential for the 3 to be no C!

dude if I have an IS350 I will ask my friends to get their own cars LOL. No one's gonna get a share of the driving when I have 305 hp and Lexus comfort. Sure they can sleep in the backseat if they want to.

dude he's talking about rear leg room but i dont think that'll stop u from buying it anyway
and i drive a 2 door hatch so i would care about rear leg room.
Some how cars these days are putting on pounds which is unfortunate. the 2nd/3rd gen honda accord is smaller than the current civic. and same with all other cars. the civic is prolly 2wice its original size now and so on...

If its an SL65 it'd have to be "lady" and not "ladies" unless you dont care about discomforting all y'all in then doing the laptop thingie and piling em on !

'sorry for the slang mods it just sounded better'

What purpose do people sitting in the back seat serve other than being a barrier between your ears and rear speakers Dead weight, Lose 'em.

By all means, considering the reliability that Lexus offers in the luxo-barge segment. It has been added as a poll choice.

Its hard choice between BMW and MB...I prefer MB through their entire model range except when it comes to the 5 series. I would pick the 5 over the E anyday!
But besides that the new C,S,CLS,CL and AMG's.
