That's over 100bhp/litre from a DIESEL engine! And she's a beast alright!

Well beggars can't be choosers so.....

These specs look a similar to the 525d with one major difference being 1000cc less in this one. Besides that bhp is almost similar and torque is same too but opens up at 1300 rpm on the 525d engine.
Are they the same engines being tweaker upon on this version?

Both of them look hot. The avtar and the car. But please help us from straining our eyes.. Big picture of the avtar please.
Coming back to the car.. Looks good. Need tints and better looking alloys. I mean they look great but its too classical for a 07'. Get some shiny Bling ones.

Thats a trademark ALPINa pattern , The only thing bad about Alpina(looks wise) is their writing on the front bumpers.

Thanks guys. I'm very pleased with the car - it's very special. I took it up to some high speeds today and it was solid as a rock. Most people only look at horsepower figures but the 410Nm of torque means it pulls like a train. The rims are 19" and suit the car perfectly in my opinion. The ride is smooooth.

I've sold my M5's but will be getting an Alpina B5S next year (530bhp!!!).

Sweet ride and congratulations, Ashok! I was just wondering why you would sell your M5 for the Alpina D3 until I read:

Ah yes, the best part is the fuel consumption:

7.9 l/100km urban, 4.7 l/100km highway, 5.9 l/100km combined.

I feel like I'm getting at least 3 times better economy than my E60 M5
