VW Ragster (VW tinkered with the Beetle)

Ragtop+Speedster= Ragster. That's VW speak for you.
VW took the Beetle, dropped it's roofline drastically, added a ragtop and came up with this car. But, it's the interiors where they have worked some real magic. Racing car bucket seats, Sports car type steering wheel with integrated engine start and ragtop control button. Nothing is known about the engine as yet because VW themselves don't know if this car will actually go into production!

Looks like someone hit the beetle's roof with a BIG hammer.

The drooping roofline is clearly visible in this picture. Damn, I love those wheels!

Must hand it to the Germans. No one makes interiors as good as them.

I'm sure this was the work of some american dude. Only they can do this sort of thing( look at the PT Cruiser). Excellent!

I'm definitely not a fan of the new VW Beetle and this one's no exception. It looks rather weird. If you have to go retro, go Mini! Otherwise, get yourself a Golf.
