how old is htis pic. i dont think the car passed the test. dont u need like heavy energy absorbers fo that and the speed at which the mclaren (was fastest raod going car mind u ) do u guys thinks it actually passed it.??

guess what.....its a small mclaren world!..... heres pics of the same car that kimibabe posted pics of on formula india!

The owner said that he enjoys giving rides to true enthusiasts who are genuinely interested in the car, provided he has time. Too bad you didnt stick around kimibabe

*missed the possibility of a lifetime...however dont worry..i shall try my best when i go to boston

heres a huge thread where the owner of this car (as well as another MCf1 and a F1LM!!) talks abt his car and answers a few Qs. Its 28pages so be warned!

Rehaan buddy!! I HAVE to thank you for linking that forum on the Mclaren owner. I usually don't read threads that are 28 pages...but I just could not stop myself from this one. Just to hear what an actual owner has to say about the best car EVER is a mind opening experience!

However, 1 point that caught my attention was this :

Hey Rtech,

Im glad u enjoyed it!

There are a lot of indians (living in india) who own supercars at their alternate international houses!...... i believe Gautam Singhania owns a Diablo in England for example.

However..an indian McF1 owner!!! wow! Wonder what he drives here and who he is!

I can't believe this.....how did you find out about it? *It sure is a small world. *I guess I am just going to sit here in Bombay regretting the fact that I could have actually gotten a ride in his F1. *But hey, you must go down to Boston very soon and give me all the details. *Can't wait to hear how it goes. *

Well,

Team-BHP has already been there, touched teh Diablo and paid due respect to it. Its purple in color, located in a building opposite the Priyadarshini Park and belongs to one of the Shah diamond families.

Here is the photolink of when we had checked the Diablo out.

Hey rtech

here are the three snaps I took of the Diablo in its home. Went in like spy photographer and took these . Didnt have my digi thenAnyways tough luck now since the car has gone back to Dubai. I however had a chance to sit in it and start up that monster 5.7 litre V12 when it was lying with my friend who owns that peddar rd petrol pump. I also saw the Viper sleeping at the same place but the watchman didnt allow me to click it
