The bumper with the integrated exhaust looks great. Cleaning the alloys will be a real pain.

Looks very nice. Hope the front airdams change to become a little more agressive. But its quite good already.

Is it just me or did anyone else noticed a slight Audi A8 influence to the rear (especially if you view the car from the front 3 quarters)?

BH.

Doesn't seem too different from the current design,IMO. Subtle changes have been made to the contours, but nothing that would make it look totally different & outstanding.

There is a lot of foam taped over the rear corners. Its hard to tell how it will look in the end.

On first look I thought it was a Passat with Bimmer grill.

Thats a huge factor of a bimmer differentiating itself from the rest! Also, its one of those details that I can never see a bimmer without.

The rear 3/4th looks a bit like the E46 3 series.

I like it. I see a lot of Audi in there too. It looks very clean and tidy. But personally I'm more interested in what the replacement Jaguar XJ looks like. From what I've heard/ read people are saying it's going to be utterly mind blowing. Is this mind blowing? So if Jag have had another "E-type" moment in the design studio then this car may not actually be all that. Still that's not going to happen until 2010.

2009 7 series interior:

Steering control buttons remind me of the new Accord's. Also the Nav screen looks similar

So the joystick shift finds its way to the 7 series too....so much for column mounts! Somehow, I feel there's too many buttons when compared to the current gen 7.

Horrible panel gaps can be seen in thatp picture. Hope that doesn't make it to the real deal. Somehow these cars are starting too look too mechanical and technical. Bring black the simplicity of luxury!
