Honda has revealed a new low-cost sub brand similar to Toyota Scion in China. It showed a concept based on Fit/City and will have a 1.8 lit engine.

To me the Nano was sensational and groundbreaking but there's still a huge chasm between that and the nearest 'economy' cars, and much needs to be done so we have a balanced market.
