Some are concerned about their cars being Chick magnets and its of-course one of the deciding factors!

Are we talking about the 911 Turbo? or the GT3 or the upcomming GT2 ? or one of the lower rung 911s?

I think i would pick the 911 Turbo and up. Its gorgeous, and im not a huge fan of the looks of the new GTR (though i do think it is a pretty awesome car).

GTR always baby..
nothing quite drives like it
and not to mention it clocked a 7:38 sec lap of the nurburgring !!
The Bugatti veyron took 7:40.
veyron beatin performace at 70K $ is the bargain of the century
Plus i like the star trek Interiors too.

I'll take the GTR please thank you with the 911 coming in second. "Oh you drive a Nissan?" says the chick. One drive in the GTR will change that opinion by the time GTR crosses a 100

On a serious note I have seen all the three cars in the flesh upclose. The 911 is a classic, the R8 is drop dead gorgeous, but one look at the GTR and you know that car means business.

Gt-r!

Although i love Porshe's i would take the GT-R this time. Its so raw, purposeful and not too mention exclusive (as compared to Porshe)

R8? Maybe if i lived in Palm beach!

When you spend in the whereabouts of a crore, it is not just outright performance that matters. Atleast to me. I want a badge, I want the looks, I want a premium "feel good" factor, I want heritage.

The 911 Turbo for me.

The 911 for me !! I just love Porsches over any other German brand when it comes to Sportscars and the difference can hardly be made out by normal drivers.

The 911 is something special.

I totally agree with GTO...I brought in the chick factor becuase that's also something that I personally think about when buying a car.
Performance is great, but it's not like either of these cars is lacking in that area now is it? How many times can you sustain a speed of 200 KM/h?
Well then how bout bring in the V12 R8 into the picture? Performance close to that of a Gallardo, relatively fuel efficient, and killer looks!

But then again there's no Porsche badge

cheers:

R8. Its a thing of beauty. And genius. A 911 bodyshell doesnt always appeal to me. Unless its a GT3RS or liv2drv's steriodal machine. So the R8 it is.

I believe 5 years down the line People with Posche Turbo and above will be 'Just another Porsche guy'

The Audi R8 will be well in a museum

The GT-R would be like a CULT car something like a Honda NSX!

Just my thought

Would be a tough fight between the 911 Turbo/GT2/GT3 & GTR. Still undecided though!!
