Exotic cars need proper engine brake-in

Hi! Guys,

A couple of weeks since I joined and as I promised about great driving stories and experiences, here goes

Check out the site below. It it about this one guy who blew up the engine on this brand new esprit.

One freakin crack pot!!!

Man the cops car goes upto 160 mph..... Wonder how much our police rides would go??!!!
There even cops use souped up cars, wow, how kool is that!!

When would the Indian scenario change?!! Would luv to see some cop chases on tv..... Whenever I watch these police chases etc on tv I would wonder when these would happen in India....

Dont see it happening soon though!!!!

The cop cars are highly modified in the US. First they were using lame cars like the ford Crown victoria ( really huge boat ) but now they have started using cars like the camaro and the corvettes.
I remeber having seen on some website that in Europe they have Lambos and lotus as cop cars. I am not sure how true that is.

Guy's see if the following specs make any sense...

Power 300 bhp / 224 KW @ 6000 rpm
Torque 407 Nm / 300 ft lbs @ 4250 rpm

for a normal police car

How about the Indian Cops getting a Octavia RS??

Ps: As soon as they hear a turbowhistle, they will think there is something wrong with the car.

Wrong, it will be used to attend to fatcat weddings and carry lavish take home presents.

In europe, the BMW and Mercs are totally stripped out and beefed up for police work, never used for official "personal \' use
