Infractions: 0/2 (8)

It is an old brand (founded in 1913) - all their cars are completely hand built and are made only on order.
I understand that there is a nice long waiting list too.

go to Morgan Motor Company Home Page for more info on these vehicles

That's right - it's XK There were so many people surrounding the XF that I couldn't get a good shot.

There were long queues for sitting on Bentleys! These cars were in a ring fenced area and only some 10-15 people were being allowed to enter there at one go. The interior of Bentley's was huge! The price tag of Continental Spur was £120k-£150k, when you compare this to new Mercedes S class's £56k price tag, Merc seems way cheaper

Previously, I used to think that only very well built people could drive Bentleys or big Mercs. But I was surprised to find the range of adjustments offered in these luxury brands. The seats could be adjusted from almost every position! Even a shortie like me could find absolutely perfect driving position (in such a way I could see the bonnets of these cars).

The hummer is ridiculous... I suppose you pull out a wheel, twist the bonnet, bend here, push there, pull here --- and it turns into a robot. Better to spend much less in a toy shop! The Landrover seems to heading that way too.

Citroen: my pick of the realistic-price cars, but the Bentley --- If I ever did have absurd amounts of money to spend on a toy, that would be my choice!

Nice photos.I love the silver Morgan. I pray the day will come when Indians, especially the youth , will stop drooling over dull as ditchwater economy hatchbacks and the same with trunks, people mover MUV's and expensive Daddy-sedans and start demanding sporty cars, which run the range from economy to mid-range in price and equipment levels. In other words, affordable. The Morgan is one such exquisite motorcar that will never see the light of day in India. It is not affordable, i agree, but i'd rather own one than a garden variety Merc SLR. As for affordable, the Suzuki Cappucino can be a start.
