I agree with you Cyrus and this may answer your question

Belongs to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai and the Prime Minister of UAE with the expensive number plate in dubai

The Pegasus Veyron doesn't belong to Sheikh Mohammed. He wouldn't drive a car registered C UAE 1 (UAE plates are cheaper than Dubai/Abu Dhabi plates as they are from one of the other 5 emirates). Sheikh Mohammed's personal ride, a G55 AMG plainly says Dubai 1 (No alphabets). And this Pegasus edition Veyron belongs to a Russian Oil Billionaire, who supposedly "Lives" at the Burj Al Arab.

I doubt that youtube video is accurate either. The Sheikh Family cars are rumored to have single digit registration plates. And Im sure they're housed in mammoth garages/hangers over several palaces.

@Cyrus: Isn't the Brunei State Car (in the picture atleast) a Rolls Phantom V ?

Some S-guards (W220) of Indian President's fleet. I managed to take this snaps when we were stopped at a round about as the President pass by. We were at very back of the raw, so when I get my camera zoomed, the stretch version (S-Pullman) has already passed away.

it needs a fullon restoration job and its not going to be cheap but then where else do we see a car like this.

Rogue Ugandian President Dr. Idi Amin Dada used a 600 Pullman as his personal car too.
