Hey guyz....i recently received these pics via mail....have not cum across ne such merc.....do u guyz know which model it is?

That's the concept roadster called the "F400 Carving" - was launched at the 2001-2002 Tokyo auto show. I remember many called it the Merc Batmobile at that time !

yup and if i can correctly recall it featured active camber adjustment, wherin the camber of every individual tyre changes according to the driving and road parameters

What a coincidence!
Shan2nu Phead and me were just talking about this car yesterday.
This is one car i am really looking forward to see on the track... forget about the looks, i just wanna see the looks ont he driver and passengers faces when they are cornering flat out with the active camber serving up the Gs!
