Too curvy for a muscle car and very futuristic for 2010! Interiors suck! I love the current gen.

I really like the mean look of the mustang.

Loved the one in the movie " I Am Legend "

I quite like the new facelift/model refresh of the Mustang. The V6 has always been a great buy for the price, and the front grille on it is also better than the one on the GT.

Keep in mind that this is not in the same category as the Camaro. Although the Camaro might be offered with a direct-injected 3.6L V6, which will produce far more power than the Mustang's V6.

But once you put that LS3 in a Camaro, it's a whole different story then.

stang is definitely a hot car with killer looks great exhaust growl, but first time buyers beware that it is not a fun-to-drive car with a stick shift in US, unless you are very good with manual trannys. ( Because there is no point in buying an automatic mustang).

Mustang V6 doesn't have the muscle to beat a similar horsepower Japanese sedan ( I was beaten by an Acura TL, while driving a brand new mustang V6). I guess they have to work on the torque at low RPM's. Its just raw power under the hood. The Mustangs variants like Saleen and shelby are worth looking at but again they dont come under the same price range.

I wonder if Ford's fortunes could be changed if they developed a RHD version for certain emerging markets (Hint...Hint) and marketed the product in a more aggressive manner internationaly.

OT: Raveen - I see that your location is Hamden. I spent my formidable years at QU. Nice town with Sleeping Giant and all that. Infact, I picked up Mazda 6 from Partyka - The Chevy / Mazda dealer. I really wanted to go down the block and pick up the 2005 Mustang but my family would not have any of that.

Both mustang and camaro are 2+2 RWD economy sports coupes/convertibles.
Base models of both cost under $25,000.
Even challenger can be included in this category. This is just a revival of 1960s pony car war by the success of retro styled mustang. The only 1960s era muscel car that is missing in this new race is pontiac firebird.

Nice. PT/OT by any chance? What year did you graduate?
