Ever since I saw this car in a magazine, I have lust after it. Many ask me why. There are faster cars and better looking cars out there, so why do I like this one so much?
I could tell them that although like every other car nut out there, I dream of exotic supercars gracing my garage (hell, I even dream of having a garage instead of just parking out in the open! lol), but in reality, this is the car I would love to own.
Living in Mumbai, its 150 horses is more than enough. Its size makes it perfect fro dart around in the city. It’s a Honda, so nothing would ever go wrong and to top it off, it will give decent mileage! Hey, its even got a (sad excuse) of a rear seat to torture people with!
I’m sure every one of us T-BHP members has a special car they always wanted. It may not be the quintessential “dream car” we find on posters, but for one reason or another, that particular car is special to us.
For me, its always been the CRX. I just love the simplicity of the shape, something that IMO will look good forever. I have been lucky enough to drive a few of them, from the 102 Hp base model to the 150 Hp Vti, and every drive in it makes me want one even more! More recently, I found one for sale in Pune. The sad part is that it’s a wreck and the dealer is asking way too much for it. Even knowing this, I can’t help but think, “what if…what if I buy that car!” Sure, it would probably end up sucking me dry, but hey, who says us car guys are rational right!
We don’t care that other people around us question our decision. They just don’t get it.
