I agree with condor, the only true indian pick-up is the TATA 207/Mobile/Telcoline 4X4, all the others have a sad excuse for a loading tray in the rear!!!!

the car costed him approx 6L including the alloys, bull bar and roll cage...
the car's got the safari engine and has decent performance... well i would reccomend an engine transplant for this baby.. the safari engine doesnt do justice to this monster..

P.S. its the old safari engine.. not the DICOR!

TATA should atleast put in 3.0L turbo engine in it if not the DICOR. I have tested the truck and in is sluggish till 2000 rpm, till the turbo kicks in.

Nice Tata there Shrivz....a very Nissan-like front end. Awesome for 6L.

the tata 3.0L DI engine is way too sluggish..
the only thing that engine's got is TORQUE, which is there till about 2500rpm... thats the difference between the tata 207 and the tata TL, the 207 is designed for carrying a heavy load, though the TL can carry upto 2 tonnes in weight...

Do a Bugatti EB110 and get a quad turbo system going. Then thank me for the idea.

well..

the 1987 nissan pikup looked like this: http://www.austinev.org/evalbum/062a.jpg
I've seen a similar yellow one in Pune,
(not like the TATA)

the 2001 nissan pikup looked like this:
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/iipcache/34788.jpg
(similar to the TATA)
