Frankly, such inspirations are quite common in the industry and perhaps not illegal (except in the way Chinese do it). Hyundai's old Sonata had a lot of similarities with other cars. The new front grill on i10/i20 with the logo has similarities with Toyota, and the steering wheel does have some similarities with some others.
