I received a pre-sales brochure from RM Auctions, the Worlds finest purveyor of fine Automobiles and in it was a 1934 Ford roadster designed by Henry's son Edsel. The finest roadster I have ever laid my eyes on! It was sold for around $1,700,000.

Suggest you google RM Auctions, - results - 2008 - Automobiles of Amelia.

There were about 100 cars sold grossing around $19 million. If you want to see the best cars in the World check out their 10 odd auctions that they hold around the world. Great photography and very detailed write ups on each car.

This photo I took from their flyer I had received, not great but thought I should share.

By the way they are a Canadian company located just outside a small village about 200 miles from Toronto that I have visited a number of times. Last time I was there they had just received an awesome 1930 Daimler coupe in good condition that had been purchased in England for around $1,500,000 and was in for a ground up restoration.

In the last 10 years four of the grand winners at Pebble Beach had been restored by them.

Here is a brief write up on the Speedster

Wow...that is a beauty.I looks like it was the inspiration behind the designs of hot-rods.

Here a few snaps of some RM Auctions invitations, their auction Cat cost around $75 and worth every penny.

This Photo is especially for you Deepak.

Ah that'll be the day when I can walk into RM and treat myself to such a fabulous '32 split windshield Dietrich Packard :)
