Think about this not as a sporting event but as a high flyer's party that we get to know about. There are no online feeds or TV coverage but you do have a dedicated youtube channel.
A search on youtube will get you plenty of videos. I cant post any right now coz I am at work and Youtube is blocked.

The Indian guy's SLR broke down :Frustrati....... apparently some problem with the alternator. Here is the video from youtube below.

I saw a blue TVR without any stickering, I dont know what the deal was there.
These guys are rich enough the get new paint jobs every season, whats a little bit of stickering for a race to them?
Apparently several of the Gumballers were driving well in excess of the posted speed limit, as high as 170 mph, resulting in three impounded cars, including a Bugatti Veyron, and the drivers going to jail!

1)Black Veyron.
2)Golden Vinyl Veyron,perhaps a Pursang,but i don't think so because there are some remarkable things on Pursang Veyron that are missing on this Veyron.

I'm gettting greedy to see more pix from the gumball '09. Did any T-bhpian go to this rally as a spectator ? were any super SUV's part of the rally?
Yes, that SLR is very much owned by an Indian who stays in Dubai. It shares its garage space with a full Carbon-Fibre Pagani Zonda F Roadster :D
