Bertone Mantide: The $2 million supercar

This is the new Bertone Mantide. Funny name, but the numbers aren't funny at all. 0-100 in 3.2 seconds, and a top speed of 217mph.

They're building only 10 of these, and the price of owning one is......$2 million!!!

Reminds me a bit of the 599XX....

It just doesn't have a funny name, looks funny too, read, funny = ugly.

The tail lamps look a bit Maserati GTish to me.

Why would they sell just 10? all that research and hard work for a gross sale of 20 million? I would build atleast 50, but then again its not my company.

Just read that it's based on a Chevy Corvette ZR1!

Based more on the Transformers movie if you ask me.....

Thats one of the most expensive uggliest looking car i ve seen.These days every one wants to make a sports car with bad as hell styling and price it castrophically by making it in limited numbers.And cal it a collectors item.

A Corvette in a pretty (or rather ugly) suit.

A Hennessey or a Lingenfelter Corvette is gonna cost 1/10th of the money and give similar (if not better) performance. Go buy a nice beach house in California for the remaining $1.8 million to keep your Corvette sheltered.
