None except for the Ford GT. Even then it probably wouldn't be my choice when choosing a car from that segment/range. I like more the flair of the Italians/class of the Germans than the pure muscle of the Americans.

I feel that American cars were really good until the fuel shortage after which its gone downhill. The cars of the 50s were mad and thats wht I like about them. I feel that the Americans cant make any desirable cars that are small and efficient and smart. Theyre good at extravagance.

The american cars which I really love are

1. 1959 Cadillac Eldorado

You have to love those crazy tailfins which were a product of Cadillac trying to outfin Chevrolet and Lincoln. This car was so long you could fit a couple of 800s along its length. The 59 models had the craziest tailfin design

Id really like to buy one of these one day. Any idea if any exist in India

2. Ford Mustang

Just love the old ones espeically the shelby 500s. They really have character and some of this can even be seen on the newer models. Again the mustangs made before the fuel shortage were awesome though the ones made after tht were jsut crap except the current one maybe

3. GM Futureline

These buses were used in the GM promotional tours. only 12 were made out of which 9 have been traced and 2 have been used to restore 7 of the 9 traced. One recently sold for $4.5 million at an auction recently. I just love the styling on them

4. H2

Even though people say its a crap car you cant deny the fact that its got characted and I actuallly like it more than the H1

The other cars that I really like are the American muscle cars like the Pontiac GTO and the Dodge Charger.

Khanak - I happen to know of a particular Caddy being restored by the garage I visit. It's been there for nearly 2 years & is nearing completion. It's the same Pink as the pic you posted & I think it's the '59 but not sure about it. Lovely thing, gotta love the looks & the pink with chrome really suits the car!!

It belongs to a prominent collector so probably will not be sold but next time you're here give me a buzz & you could get a tour of the car

Thanks a tonne bro, This is one car id really love to see.

You can tell if its a 59 or not by the those two rocket shaped lights on the tail. The tailfins got crazier and crazier till they reached their zentih in 1959 after which the designs sobered down.

If i can't get my hands on American Muscle or Mustang then corvette it is.

The Corvette Z06 as you must have noticed from my signature line.
I also like the Mustang GT and the Pontiac GTO (Holden Monaro).
