Please help identify this import - It is in Bahrain EDIT - Its a Saturn Sky

Hi All,

Spotted this car at the Bahrain "City Center" any information on what car it is ? I initially mistook the logo to be of the "saturn". It reads Sky in the rear and it also reads "turbo". I was pretty sure that the logo was of saturn, anyways any additional details on the car will be good,

The car roars when started and before I could meet with the owner the gentleman left.

Best Regards,

Srinivas

The Opel Speedster / Vauxhall VX220 is a different car, not just a rebadged Sky.

Yea it defintely is. The Saturn's or Scion's or for that matter some US specific models like the Honda Element and the Toyota Camry Solara even quite a few of Nissan 350 Z's (cos every other car I call and check on price is a US Spec) you see on the road in Bahrain are brought in by US Military guys here in Bahrain.

right, but pontiac looks a little weird. I like the saturn one better. While Pontiac remains a 20k convertible; Saturn wanted 30+ for this. Before discount and bankruptcy ofcourse.
