It looks a lot better with the spare wheel on the back.
Toyota should have launched a diesel prado in India.

I don't understand why this car costs for Rs. 85L. Do you guys really think it would sell in in india? Brand value of a Landcruiser cannot be compared to a cayenne, RR, Q7, etc.
I would rather go for a X6

The LC Prado is around the 50 lacs price range and the LC Amazon version is in the 85 lacs range.

Doubt it really has a market at 50 even at 45 for that matter? With the fortuner and the Prado sharing the same D4D 3 liter engine albite with higher Bhp and trouque it is really not worth it as you more choices and at 50 I stretch a few lacs and I have base Q7 and others. If Toyota prices it in sub 40 you have winner otherwise it just does not have the pull. Even the Montero with diesel and auto is struggling

i kinda like the looks of the car.. As it is the case with many cars the real life view of the car will be always better.
And as the old prado's looks ,this one also will grow on you.

But all I can say is that this is a true SUV. The Q7s, X5s, Cayennes, etc look like minime infront of it.(H1, H2, H3 Exceptions)

Its the original Landcruiser that costs 85lacs with the big 8 cylender engine. The Prado is the cheaper version and does not come with as many features and bells and whistles. Toyota sells the petrol Prado in india for 45 lacs.
