All seem to have been lifted off other SUVs. The top ones have a body rip off a CRV and lights off cars like the vectra.

The second last yellow one has the front end similar to the current Nissan Patrol and well the last one except the front end everything else is the Jeep Cherokee

Damn I wonder how many Anu Maliks are sitting in China

The first two are BMW grills

Next is Honda grill.

The grill on the yellow is SAAB.

Dippy, you are true, except the front, the last suv looks like the earlier generation Jeep Grand Cherokee.

There's another version of this called the SR-V made by a company called "Shuang Huan". It's the same SUV excet that it's logo had 2 rings. like the four rings on "Audi".

Very similar to the Gilera logo above, but the rings are placed next to each other.

Regards...

Jiangling Motors were going to launch a few SUV type vehicles in Europe under the Landwind name. They totally failed in full frontal crash tests (got 0 in NCAP test).

They are now going to modify the steering setup etc to inprove safety.

Can you imagine a Chinese company trying to produce an aeroplane. Front of a Hurcules transporter, middle of an Airbus A400 and rear of a Tupolev Tu 104.

Landwind has been called the most unsafe vehicle to be produced...BTW does Airbus produce an A400? Thought their range stops at 380...

Jokes apart - at least they're producing something. Everyone copies stuff at the beginning because its easier than reinventing the wheel, so to speak. They called the Japs copycats long ago, the Koreans got the same jibes not so long ago...I think the Chinese will kill all the others in the long run, despite these hotch-potch attempts right now.

And those who poke fun at China, take a look at your own country's record. How many cars do we export that are NOT manufactured by the local arm of a foreign manufacturer? Do we have a single local product other than the Indica that sells in large enough volumes? In 5 years, Chinese automobile manufacturers will be light years ahead of us in all respects. We'd still be singing praises of the 'solid european' build of the Fiat Palio that wasnt sold in Europe anyway.
