Suzuki has launched the New Alto in Japan. The new alto uses the Wagon R platform and has the swift overtones as evident from the pics. Height has been extended by 30mm to liberate more room.
Check out the pics.

Oh....what is suzuki upto?

WagonR was a wagon, Alto was a car, but this is... a confusion.

Hope maruti continues its sluggish policies in launching cars in India, so we don't have to see this!!

I guess to many people now, WagonR would be one of the good looking things!!

Ouch, looking at this car hurts. I think that the Santro will soon become the second ugliest car to be launched in India (though the new XP looks pretty presentable)

Ughh it horrible .. Exactly an end product of the merger of an Alto and Wagon R. I hope its not launched here. The current Alto looks so much better.

The interior is quite decent though

Looks like it's based more on the Nissan Cube than the Wagon R

Looks like all the bits are taken from various little cars, stuck together with glue and then the whole contraption has been dipped in paint. Ridiculous! The interiors are quite bland too.
That Nissan Cube looks much better.

This one looks very much like the A-Star. The good old Alto, would be turning in its grave. And this one is AT.
