Looks brilliant. I never expected such brilliant interiors from a Suzuki. Hats off to them. The car looks stunning in those 18 inch alloys. I am sure if it comes to india with a price tag of 15-17 L it could give a fight to the Accord and Superb.

I just hope they don't compromise on the interior quality when it comes to India. I am already sold on this vehicle, will now have to wait for the launch and also the money

Waw!

Oh, my, my, the Golden Kiz looks H O T ! DOWNRIGHT GANGSTA

I hope they bring that trim to India.

The silver coloured one disappoints, though. Looks too Passatesque, IMHO.

Suzuki Kizashi Production Version Unveiled

Suzuki has unveiled the Kizashi, a new sports saloon that will be available as a hybrid. The car is based on the Concept Kizashi of 2007 and initially will feature a 2.4-litre DOHC inline four-cylinder engine. The unit is linked to a six-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission (CVT) with paddle shift.Suzuki has confirmed that a hybrid will join the line-up at some point. Both two and four-wheel drive will be available. The Kizashi has been tested both at Germany’s Nurburgring and rural roads of England, says Suzuki, ensuring it is both sporty and comfortable. The suspension is multi-link at the rear, constructed of aluminium, and the car has 18in alloys at each corner.

Visually the Kizashi is far less radical than the concept. The front end is reminiscent of a Volkswagen Jetta and the rear is curved but unadventurous. Overall length is 4650mm and width is 1820mm.
Inside there are standard sports seats and a smart swooping dashboard. Safety equipment includes eight standard airbags, ESP, anti-lock brakes, projector beam headlamps and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
The Kizashi saloon goes on sale later this year and will be joined by a crossover and estate.

This car sure looks good, looks like the Honda Accord is going to have some competition, I hope Suzuki price it right when they launch the same in India.

Front is SX4 like - not good for the segment it's going to be launched in. Rear is ugly 'cause of the high "curvy upper lip" on the boot.

Looks more like a stream lined SX4. It would have been good if this was called as the face lifted SX4 or all new SX4

sigh... this doesn't look like it will sell will here in india. Expect a price of around 18L for this car. In that price range most care for image and being a Maruti doesn't help.
Maybe if they replace sx4 with this and price it accordingly it will be more popular.

However on the whole the car looks decent. kinda

The meters look interesting. Like Mickey Mouse eyes !! As speed and revs build up it - the needles roll would give an interesting effect.

Looks like a SX4-facelift with Linea alloys!
Looks good though, they should launch it as all-new SX4 in 2010
