Hey aadix,

half the price also = half the power, half the satisfaction and half the maintainance free-ness.

Dont get me wrong....im not anti-hyundai.... but i hate it when they rip off designs as well as overquote bhp figured!

Holy Camoly - Its official. Hyundai had a one night stand with the design dept of Honda! This is just insane....the droopy rear, sharp front. Abso-freaking Honda Accord.

This Sonata aint going to win over too many people....it will be known in the circles as the poor mans Accord....hardly the image a sub-premium price positioning wants.

But by itself, it aint too bad looking. Probably do well in markets where no one has seen the American Accord (Europe?)

Hyundai has done it again.....A "Sucessful" rip-off.
Guess these Koreans are way too inspired by apna Bollywood.

As grim said its A8 from the front headlights and accord from the back..and to me looks like an overgrown acsent from the side....crap..but still it will do good, just cuz of its pricing and for indian mrkt they are not bad at all for the price..again from experience..no problems whatsoever..and its spacious..

but still i dont like it..i liked the old one better..

Hyundai is trying to make its cars look more European. They have done away with the typical Korean grilles (vertical slats). The Accent, Santro and even the Sonata (V6) grille's have vertical slats now.

hey r
didnt get u wrong buddy! i know you r not anti hyundai, and even if U say something bad abt hyundai, i wouldnt mind coz what u say is usally 99% right

but i wouldnt agree with u abt the satisfcation and maintance on the current hyundai sonata....forget abt the new one, i wouldnt touch it with a barge pole, it has lost it's flashinnes and the charm of a bling!(in rtech's terms!!) vehicle

hyundai will do a big mistake if it gets it to india, they should instead get the grandeur xg for the same price as the sonata, i am sure it would be a hit
