well after Toyota had its limited edition sale, its honda who are having a Limited Edition sale. (actually honda woke up late as toyota sale was a very big hit and they sold all their stock).

but only four models are up for limited edition:
jazz
civic
accord
crv

City and Pilot (MRV) still are on waiting list!

Look at the price, that too for limited edition !!!
Civic : 62,999.00 AED = 833,247.47 INR
Accord: 77,999.00 AED = 1,033,443.33 INR

i will visit their showroom and find out what the LE vehicles are loaded with, or its just the base models they are selling!

Help me out....Where in Dxb/Shj do I find the best and the cheapest 15" alloys for my OHC in India and would that be a good idea shipping it from here?

i would advise you to buy them from where ever you live in india!

i visited these shops personally and found out that its better to buy from india and from genuine brand.

you can get cheap chinese, korean, taiwan made alloys in Shj on bmw road, all shops owned by iranians. you can bargin hard for the price and get a good deal. but again those alloys are not what i would put on my car!

cost of shipping them to india plus custom duty might cost them what you can get in india!

if you can live with the cheaply made alloys then you can go ahead and buy from any of these shops on bmw road.

try to go into the shops between sharjah college and sahara mall, dont go further into bmw road.

Dont understand what the big diff from the normal models & the special edition ones.

I wouldnt trust thoes wheels from Sharjah specially if they are from certain shop owners

thats my guess for Limited Edition!

i meant something which will be suitable for the indian market but will be ltd edition as well.

Advice taken and will sure give it a thought...would possibly drop the idea.

But I'm sure you would agree to the fact that here in Dubai we have a wide range of alloy designs especially those fancy chrome stuff ones which I dont think would be getting in India easily unless one is ready to source them without having much budget concerns.
I have been always fascinated the sparkling chrome rims which locals get them on their rides and thought if could get one for mine.

But sure dont want to repent after all the efforts that would go in importing them.
But will sure check them out at Shj just for pleasure

Be very careful of buying from the Iranian shops.

Personally i would go to a shop owned by a Keralite.

they exclusively come with "Limited" badge, ONLY!

oh, accord comes fitted with that duck tail rear spoiler and reverse parking sensors on "Limited Edition" only!

please dont laugh!
