Lotec and Orca

hi

Can you guys tell me whether the Orca SC7 & Lotec Sirius are production supercars.
Ive tried to read up on them, but opinions are divided. Anyone knows for sure ?
Because if they are then these 2 really will set the benchmark for the others as far as performance is concerned. If these 2 are really road-legal cars, then Enzo/SLR/CGT owners will have nothing to cheer about !!!
Also , does anyone know the S7 twinturbo's top speed ?

Any supercar fans around ??!!
Can someone pl. give me any info on the following superexotics:
1. Lotec Sirius
2. Orca SC7 ; power:weight ratio equal to 1.0 !!
3. Caroline Leblanc
4. Ultima 640 GTR ; 0-60mph in 2.6 secs
5. SSC SC Aero 8T ;1045 Nm torque, 401 kph
6. Chrysler ME 4/12 ;1150 Nm torque , 400 kph

These are real high performance roadcars. Only thing is that no one knows for sure whether they really have been produced in a limited edition.
Even if a limited edition, it would be a matter of time before any one of the above ousted the Bugatti 16-4 EB Veyron.
