Porsche Centrum Gelderland's chocolate 911

A Dutch Porsche dealership has taken a brand-new 911 Carrera S and as a marketing stunt has covered it in chocolate. Apparently, they have used 175 kgs of chocolate to conceal one of Stuttgart's finest, also using another couple kilos of white chocolate for detailing like the headlamps.

It's apparently for a Dutch holiday centered around Sinterklass – St. Nicholas – who was the Danish inspiration for Santa Claus. As the story goes, the holiday is held in The Netherlands on the evening of December 5, and one of the holiday's most storied traditions is that people buy or make chocolate letters in celebration – hence the milky goodness that is this Choco997.

The choco-dipped Porsche will remain on display until Christmas

It's a waste of neither, I think.
The chocolate serves the purpose, while the car which as we can see, has been nicely wrapped in multiple layers of plastic.
So, this definitely is a good one.

P.S. Loved the 'sweet' headlamps on this one

My sentiments exactly! No doubt this is a wacky idea to gain attention but,
chocolate is best when eaten
porche's are best when driven.

It's good sweet Ride. They would have done it more professionally by adding a dark chocolate to the window mirrors, which would be more good looking.

If i visit the show room ,I am sure that I would eat some chocolate from the car
