800 HP Porsche 997 Turbo!

Now what you see here is an absolutely outrageous 997 I 911 Turbo built with a motive by the guys at Vivid Racing.

The entire intake system and Y-pipe has been redesigned to be 3" off the intercoolers. The filter element has been relocated to the fender-wells so that fresh cool air is fed to the engine. Serious modifications such as higher-lift camshafts, balanced crank, forged pistons, bigger intercoolers and turbochargers ensure that the increase in power is quite substantial!

Vivid Racing have also incorporated 6-pot, 2pc, Brembo Floating (Drilled, Grooved and Slotted) Rotors so as to improve stopping power and ensure longevity of one's life(!)

Frankly, one would be better off not installing the loony Vorsteiner VRT carbon aero kit(front bumper, rear bumper and rear wing) and TechArt side skirts. The lairy flat/matt blue vinyl isn't easy on the eyes either!

The wheels, however, are 19-inch HRE P43 Monoblocks and they're quite tasty! They're wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires to handle the extreme speeds.

This car is a mad, mad hatter to say the least! The body-kit and colour could have been more subtle though.

No offense, but is the text copy pasted or your own?

I like the colour and the bodykit. What's the point of having an 800 hp drag monster if it looks like any other Porker?

Viper,

The articles have not entirely been copied and pasted. I've written most of them myself (Just like the other articles) However, the pictures and information have been sourced.

Oh super . They express a level of familarity with the world of Porsches beyond most of ours, thus my question. Are you writing this stuff professionally?

OT: Well, I used to! For a similar site. But it's hard to juggle college, internship and this.
