The Thailand Honda City has got a minor facelift similar to the Optra. A horizontal chrome grille makes it look similar to the Civic when viewed from dead front. So this means that now new major design changes are expected for the NHC.

Pretty nice.... I like the new bonnet..it adds alot to the cars front end looks along with the well intergrated fog lamps. The tail lamps are a little too jazzy for my taste.
There you have it a sneak preview of the much awaited NHC Vtec thats headed to India.

Looks Mazda-ish from the front. Rear is Hideous!!!

Looks a lot better than the existing NHC ... The bonnet is amazing

This car looks a lot better than the existing City. The bonnet is somewhat muscular and that makes a difference. I kinda fancy the rear end too.
I just wish they get rid of the quarter glass on the front window. It looks stupid and sick!

I saw the first picture, and was like "What facelift?"

Then I saw the rear, and was like "Cluttered Cop car!"

GTO

Did Honda poach some Maruti 'designers' ???

nope shes still fugly...

They tried to mimic the euro Accord rear and messed up - but lets see the car in the metal before concluding

Nice! Front end adopts the 2004 Honda Civic look. Looks really musclar with the flared wheel arches and the bonnet bulge. Back end inspired by the Acura TSX. Looks like a proper car now, earlier used to look like an extra terrestrial spaceship.

Here's the Civic

the facelift improves the looks of the NHC tremendously. this car looks better balanced whereas the previous one looked like it would topple over on steep curves.
i would like to see it with bigger rims and lower profile tires.
will any improvement be made to the engine or will the same specifcations be retained in the Indian version (if there is to be an Indian version, i.e.)?

the bonnet looks neat but something is from mazda here

nothing much to appreciate above the current one.

But look at the bright side guys... its a VTEC

:D

First, it looked like the Indica/Indigo. Now it looks like the Optra. Cool.

VTEC? What VTEC? This is India my friends. Most probably with the rising Petrol costs we are going to see a 55 BHP NHC soon. Or maybe a G-VTEC? (Gas-Vtec - one that runs on CNG)

whatever they may have done .. as someone has already mentioned in this thread .. the 3 boxes are more in harmony now .. the boot doesn't look like an afterthought anymore ..
