Another one of my Fav cars...it is soo beautiful..performance increase will make it even better..ofcourse the 0-60 time given in supercars it totaly off..it is more like going to be 4.0 to match F430 and Gallardo...

They will still cont to produce the 460 version..

But i hope they have made the interiors as nice as the DB9..otherwise i will be left with no choice but to pick that instead of this

2004 Aston Martin Vanquish S V12
Cheers

looks are the same as the old vanquish , just the interiors i think are redesigned or made a little upto the modern times and the engine is beefed up..

all astons are similar looking..so ofcourse it will look similar to zagato..but this is the king of them all..

I totaly love it..

If I would buy it, the first thing I would do is give it to a interior customjob company to change the head unit..its ugly...y couldnt they just make it similar to the DB9...oh well..I am still dreaming..but surely I would do that..maybe put a screen with a carputter and stuff..

another thing, i dont understand is, look they have done a great deal with the interiors, but why oh why will i buy i freakin 325k USD car with such poor head unit? i mean it is down right ugly I woul dhave to spend in the magnitute of 10k+ to correct that...stupid i think..

just cuz company wants to save a little money by not doing the redesign..FORD!!!

OMG, are you kidding me. I think it looks perfect. I have always loved Aston Martin right after Porsches, but they would always get my preference as a GT and not as Performance cars. This one has done it. And power upgrade too. I would definitely pick this over the F430 and the Gallardo.

PS: It doesn't look like the AMV Zagato, no double bubble on the roof.

I have the 5th Gear review video of this car.

First, Vicki talks about the car, does a standing 180 deg powerslide and to her horror, the driving belt comes off. They call the AM service guys who reach within mins in a helicopter, they set it up and all is fine until, she does a 2nd powerslide and yet again the belt snaps.

The AM service guy explains that as long as the car accelerates in a straigh line, there won't be any problem. Vicki isn't impressed with that, she says that she's put down 500+ bhp on so many other cars while doing that same stunt and not one off them ever broke down.

Then, Vicki tries to take it to 200mph on a 2.5 mile long runway. But she only manages to do 178mph before she runs out of tarmac. According to experts, the rate at which the Aston was accelerating, it would have needed another 2.5 miles to hit 200mph.

Her verdrict : Owning a 200mph car is one thing, but being able to do those speeds is another.

The company claims 0-62mph in 4.8 secs and 0-100mph in 9.8secs. Vicki manages 5.06 for the 60 and 9.86 for the 100.
