Not exactly. The F50, even though it came 7-8 years after the F40, couldnt match the performance of the F40. The F40 had better torque, 0-100mph and power to weight ratio than the F50.

Revv, where is the 250 GTO?? Agreed that it does not win any hands in the horsepower stakes or 0-100 times, but for it's time it was one of the best performers on tracks and the most beautiful Ferrari of all time. And a car that still demands terrific respect, I really think it should have been included in the poll.
But since it's not and the others are, ill pick the 288 GTO. Very good looker too, and a fantastic V8 and 400 bhp. Also i love the fact that it was a Ferrari originally conceptualised for rallying.

Well ported san, it was on my mind, but then as you know the 250 came in three different versions and its more of a classic car now in the true sense so i figured it'd be a lil' left out here.

The F40 is leading as of now, looks like good ol minimalist engineering really does count. So where are the Enzo lovers... people bring them on!

288 GTO-Gran Turismo Omologata-One of Ferraris magical creations,sure one of the most exciting automobile ever created.
The F40,F50 & ENZO,well for me theyve never lasted in my head for long,i would rather save for a rainy day.
But out of all the Ferraris the 250 GTO is my weapon of choice.
