Are there any E60 BMW M5's in India yet?

Just curious. I have just taken delivery of my E60 (V-10) M5 and it's superb.

I know that there were a number of the previous models (E39, V-8) in India but I'd like to hear if any of the new ones have made it yet.

there is at least one E60 M5 in India (in bangalore). You can find the pics of one of them here: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/showth...ight=bangalore

We can all be pleased because the latest (sept ) issue of autocarindia has got a write up of an e60 M5 ,,pitted against a Ferrari F430,,costing double with half the number of doors,,and it comprehensively BLEW AWAY the Ferrari,,so BMW have done it,,also now that they r finally setting up a plant in Chennai and will have an official presence here,,we may get to see 1 or 2 soon

Thats pretty awesome ashok..its a beauti..but isnt the headrest TVs and that light colored strip non std? Or is it factory?

In the US we wouldnt get most of this, it would be limited options here..

I am probably gonna wait for the M6 to hit the US or the Skyline GTR..either of the 2, but ofcourse only after the Z06 is in my garage..

My whole colour scheme (paint, leather, wood) is a special order and not available on 'normal' M5's.

I ordered it through the BMW Individual program:

http://www.bmw.com/com/_shortcuts/individual/

BMW Individual is not available for the USA (but is for India).

The headrest TVs, DVD changer, cordless headphones etc. are aftermarket items and I had them fitted at my dealership before delivery.

..and binz there's a HUGE difference between the M5 and the 530 (in fact any other 5 series!).

I love this car

Is there a diff? Sure you not kidding right

There is more diff between M5 and 530 than night and day I would say..530 is a sedan and thats it..hauls 5 ppl in a respectable manner, but M5, its a different animal altogether.. M is the AMG of BMW...

and M6 , are you sure? Can we have some pictures...M6 is killer man..I cant wait for it to launch in US next may..forget about getting one until 07 I would say..
