Lousy looking car, IMO.The 180BHP may be good, but the styling is way off.As for the color (parrot green, or algae gree, call it what you'd like to) the lesser said the better.

@brraj - it wouldn't be priced 12+. thats the Laura TSI price.
a 7 speed dsg, paddle shift gears, 180 hp tsi engine...can't be priced less than 12 lacs.

anyways this will be a wild one.

btw aren't the double supercharged engines from the VW group called the TFSI engines ?

cheers,

+1 to that. The Polo's such a looker. And more realistically (including pricing), I'd be happy with the 1.2 TSI in the Polo.

VW if you are listening, the polo is literally begging for this transplant(in India of course).
if launched(will be on the day when pigs start to fly) then will cost close to 15 lacs for a fabia.

Performance in a compact (for city use) package. Will seriously consider buying if launched.

The only car that could rival this is the Polo Gti, shares the same engine and specs. However fabia it looks hideous in that color but looks better in the red. Talking about hot hatch, there's one hot hatch that could decimate all the others even the ones running with 5million+ rupee price tag its the Ford Focus RS.
I doubt this would ever come down to India. With Price tag going above 10+ and that unreliable A.S.S. service, I can say onething if ever anything goes wrong with the electronics on that hi tech engine it'l be lying in the garage for days to come but at the dealers.

I found a short review on this by autocar uk
