New VW Jetta

VW is all set to launch the new Jetta in USA and Canada in 2005. The car will be shown at the LA show in Jan 05.
The base engine is a mouth watering 2.5L 5 cylinder 150bhp one. 6 speed Automatic is an option and so is VW's DSG.
Check out pics. I love it's looks. It look's so much better than the current Jetta.

God knows how i ended up double posting! Anyway....Thanx stratos for locking the earlier post.
About the Jetta, i can see that it's been given the new Golf's nose. Works well IMO.

Very sweet looking. But does anyone else see an influence by the Toyota Corolla?

Agreed GTO, that C Pillar which swoops down to the boot gives it that Corollaish look, even the rear door and that rear design!!!
