Ferrari F430 or the Gallardo. Which would you buy?

The 360 was always threatened by the Lambo Gallardo and it was a much more powerful car . But now Ferrari has struck back, this time with the F430 replacement of the 360. A 4.3 litre V8 with 500 bhp on tap and a top speed close to 320 kph.

So now guys do you think the F430 will be able to fight the Gallardo and also given a choice which one would you buy

Actually they are both the best under 200k machines out there, so its a very difficult choice, but somehow I love the new 430's style and I am sure ferrari would have done their HW to keep up with the gallardo, though it seems difficult, but time will tell...overall I would pick any and be happy but I think if I had to bet on one for now it would have to be 430 since its brand new and looks a little better..performance we dont know..but it will be a tough one for ferrari there..

If I wanted to have one of these, I will have a Gallardo anytime, anyday..and that is how I stay alive!!

Looks and presence wise i think the Lambo kills the ferrari. Just the fact that the lambos r so rare make them a feast to look at. But this is hard question coz driving wise nothing beats a ferrari

Lambo wins here, coz the F430 is bought out to compete against the Galladro, so its obvious that it will match its performance, yet its not original.. Besides that, the sheer road presence of a Lambo makes it my fav. The F430 comes a very close second.

Very hard to say at this point since no test reviews of the F430 are yet available and neither has a strength vs weakness comparo done b/w the two.

Whether a Gallardo beats a 430 or not....would it exude the same passion of sitting behind the wheel of a red Ferrari? Not for me.

And I cant stand the looks of the Gallardo. On the other hand, the 430 (and in pictures) makes me go weak in the knees. That enzo inspired rear end...

a tough one... but i prefer the looks of f430, now that its performance is amazing, and the ferrari street presence.. and about the lambo, this has never been my favorite, look wise some probs are there...

For the sake of passion, I'll take the Ferrari 430. I never liked the 360's looks. This car looks much better. There's no review to refer to as yet, but, I'm sure it'll be good.
The Gallardo is definitely a superb car - amazing on the track, but, I'm more of a Ferrari lover than a Lambo dude.

I really dont like the Gallardo much at all.

After seeing the Murci in the flesh, and then seeing this in pictures it looked like the Murci's ugly little brother/sister /dog? lol... then seeing this in the flesh just reaffirmed that. The Murci is gorgeous and this is an ugly little insect in comparison....lol..im being really harsh..excuse me.
I do have huge amounts of respect for the performance of the gallardo though.... its quite a stable and beastly machine.

The 360 was another dissapointing car for me...design wise...... it would have been a difficult choice between the 360 and gallardo...... however the F430 is better looking, and would definitely be my pick.

Hell Yea only F430 for me ... I liked 360 this is even better ....
Never liked any of the current Lambos no Gallardo nor Murci .... may be I ll be proved wrong if I hear them or see them in person but still Murci better than Gallardo ...
Back to 430 .... Headlights like to keep looking at them
