Just read the MindBogglinngggg Specs!!

BRABUS S V12 S Biturbo: 730 hp / 537 kW and 1.100 Nm
New Engine Generation Based on Mercedes 600 Biturbo

730 hp / 537 kW at 5,100 rpm and a peak torque of 1,320 Nm, electronically limited to 1,100 Nm: Those are the performance cornerstones of the new BRABUS S V12 S Biturbo displacement engine, celebrating its world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show IAA 2005 in Frankfurt/Main. It is now available for all current Mercedes 600 models.

The BRABUS S V12 S Biturbo engine offers truly impressive performance: In the 600 models power output jumps from standard 500 hp / 368 kW at 5,000 U/rpm to 730 hp / 537 kW at just 5,100 rpm. At the same time peak torque grows from 800 Nm to 1,320 Nm from a low 2,100 rpm. Custom-calibrated mapping of the engine electronics limits peak torque to 1.100 Nm.

Performance of a Mercedes 600 model with BRABUS S V12 S Biturbo displacement engine is correspondingly exceptional, as in the example of an SL Roadsters powered by this engine: 0 - 100 km/h in just 4.0 seconds, 10.5 seconds to 200 km/h and 29.5 seconds to 300 km/h are top-notch figures as is the top speed which is electronically limited to 300, 320 or 350 km/h, depending on the selected final drive ratio and the speed-rating of the tires

Damn the new S is barely even out and these guys have gone ahead and spurced it up BIG TIME!! I dont think even the S65 AMG will come close to this.

Its the same engine as the Brabus CLS Rocket, right?? Daaaaaaayyaaam.

The rarest of the rare big bruiser Mercs are the ones with the big V12s - in either Mercedes spec or AMG spec.

The S class and the G class probably received the most of these big engines.

Some of the rarest ones are little heard of and were put in other body styles :

There are probably a few tuners who have shoehorned these big V12 engines into other Mercs, but the only ones I'd like to highlight are :

HWA Engineering https://www.hwaag.com/en/
Hans Werner Aufrecht was the the A in AMG, before Mercedes bought it over from the 2 founders. He founded HWA Engineering after leaving AMG.

MKB https://www.mkb-tuning.de/en/index.php
The M in MKB is for Erhard Melcher, who is also the M in AMG. He started this company after leaving AMG. He was the engine specialist amongst the 2 founders.

RENNtech https://www.renntechmercedes.com/index.php/products/mb
The owner, Hartmut Feyhl, spent 12 years at AMG Germany before serving as their North American division’s Technical Director. Prior to the tuning company’s merger with Mercedes-Benz in 1999, by the request of AMG Germany, Feyhl branched out on his own to start RENNtech and service the existing AMG North America customers.

Maybach and Pagani models are not considered in the above, although they too received these magnificently muscular V12 engines.
