Default Black on black Murcielago

Hey guys,

I had the pleasure of sitting in one of my favourite cars today. It was a 2002 Murcielago in black, complete with black leather interiors and black 18" 5 spoke alloys (traditional design).

Here's a pic I took of the car, and attached is a video which I hope will work (requires quicktime). It was simply sitting in the stationary car for me today, but next week, a test drive may be possible with me in the passenger side.

Unbelievable!

Enjoy (hopefully theyll work).

P.S. I also had the chance of viewing the W221 S Class (S350L), will post about it in the other thread.

Thanks buddy.

The showroom where this car lies is one where I have done a work experience programme several years back. My dad is also acquainted with the persons who run this setup.

The poor quality pic in the first post (and video) are from my phone. The higher quality ones are from the company website. I shall take more pics from a digital camera on my next encounter with the bull.

Peace.

The shifter looks different. I've read about this somewhere. Some high-end performance cars like Ferrari's and Lamborghini's have a guided/gated shifter for precise shifting. I mean the shifter has to move in between gates or grooves just like an automatic transmission shifter. With the regular setup there are chances of mis-shifting.

Gated shifter is like this...

As opposed to a regular shifter like this...

The modified guided shifter is found in many exotics the world over. It's precisely meant to do what the name says.
