Classic Car Show, 2007 Birmingham-England

Hello fellow Team BHPers,

I have attached some snaps taken by me a few years ago in England whilst i stayed there.

Forgive me if the pix do not meet the hi-standards seen elsewhere on this site, i was still struggling to break in a new camera back then.

Hope you folks enjoy the pix as much as i enjoyed seeing these well preserved gems in real.

This is the 1st installment containing pics of some classic Alfa Romeos, more to come in subsequent installments.

Mods - I haven't taken the liberty to delete registration numbers of these vehicles since these snaps were taken at a very public exhibition and were there with the respective owners consent for snap taking, drooling, fantasising etc etc.

looking forward to seeing the snaps

around the same time in 2007 i was witness to the lancia centenary celebrations in Covent Garden London - elsewhere on this forum I had posted pics of those cars.
also some lovely cars in a few museums I had visited including the transport museum in York and so on.

An Aurelia? I would have thought its the Flaminia Supersport Zagato. But maybe some Lancia expert can enlighten us on the same.

whichever it is - it is beautiful.i love lancia's - always have. but am not an expert certainly.
the Flaminia, Fulvia, Aurelia are all truly evocative cars - evocative of a more spacious, genteel era - 1950's and 60's which is why I like them very much.
