At other race locations, its usually on a Thursday that drivers meet the fans and sign autographs. I am planning to be there...

Its a bounty getting to meet the drivers for autographs for the rest of the weekend!

I am not sure this happens here. I was there the whole day (Wednesday to Sunday - as a marshal at turn 1) and I didn't see any such activity. Plus the tickets are for the 3 day weekend.

Please do make sure before you arrive there. They won't even allow you inside the complex without proper tickets/passes.

I see it for India as well - on thursday between 4PM to 5PM.
Maybe they delibarately keep it a low key affair to manage the crowds better in India

Non-bailable warrant has been issued against Mallya in a cheque bounce case; cheque issued to GMR bounced. Now, GMR will seize all F1 equipment when they land at Delhi airport ;-) So, Force India cars will not participate in Indian GP ;-)
