I wonder how the upcoming Engine freeze will be played out. As per the regulations only changes that can be made are due to reasons of Reliability, knowing F1, Ferrari and Renault may just stretch the rules when it comes to making changes ; ).

Wouldn't it be just crazy if Renault were forced to fix performance as is. RBR would be toast!

Renault and Ferrari can make whatever changes they want throughout the season. If they want Bernie to approve those changes, just give the reason as "for closer competitiveness with Mercedes and hence better TV viewership." Bernie will never say no to more viewership for sure. Any other reason, he may think twice.

I would suspect the powers that be would be less kind to RBR given that everyone except Renault would like to put an end to their dominance of the past few years.
Especially Bernie would definitely be bias if such scenario was to arise as he is undoubtedly the key person behind the double points non-sense for reasons of viewership.

Either way I patiently wait to lick the tears of Sebastian Vettel and be entertained by the tantrums which would follow : P. I sometimes get so evil zen ^ _ ^.
