I guess we can have an good idea on who is going qualify where post the third practice session. Till then its any one guess. Force India are way back and will take some time to start attacking the mid field.

Finally some clarity on TV coverage. P1, P2, P3 and Q are on SS(HD)2 and all are canned. The race is on SS(HD)4 and is live on Sunday morning, even though the online guide is showing qualifying.

I emailed star sports and they have replied that the broadcast will be on Star Sports HD 4 from 10.30 am. Nothing on regular (non HD) channels.

Confirmed, but I think it is available canned from 1:00am Monday on both SS4 and SSHD4. Someone posted a screen dump on the other forum.

Which DTH provider is providing SS HD4? I am having an Airtel connection, checked with their customer care and they are not providing SS HD4. Even Videocon D2H is not listing SS HD4 at their site

We are getting a raw deal from StarSports this weekend. Its confirmed now in their TV guide.

Saturday: Repeat Telecast
FP3: 5:30 PM Sat, SS2, SS HD2
Q: 6:30 PM Sat, SS2, SS HD2

Sunday: Live Telecast
Race: 10:30 AM Sun, SS HD4. The telecast begins at 9 AM with a 2015 season preview.

Monday: Repeat Telecast
Race: 9 AM Mon, SS4, SS HD4

Yep, just saw the commercial this morning and it is HD4. By the way, Honda is back as a engine supplier to McLaren ending their 20 year partnership with Mercedes Benz.

Any idea, when the Indian GP will start? The tax disputes seems to have cancelled the GP last time around.

On top of tv broadcasters, the Formula1 Website has also sprung up quite a surprise.
The live timing app in formula1 website is now a paid option and even though they are saying it is in trial mode until April 13th. They are charging $3 for access to live timings.
This is ridiculous.

First the tv channels, now the website, F1 is going to the dogs.

The Basic version is still free (Best Time, sector Times). There is additional live data which is paid.
