Ferrari retains Kimi Raikkonen for 2016 Formula One season

Looks like Ferrari have decided to retain Kimi for 2016.

A good decision in my opinion. He missed some vital podium positions in the last few races due to a mechanical failure. Just seems to be finding his feet in the SF15-T.

Tough luck Bottas. Williams didnt play ball in the end.
Wonder if Ferrari waited for Kimi's contract to expire so they could hand him a pay cut.

I think overall its a sensible decision and it shows that Ferrari have the same ideology for their driver pair up. Have one driver going for titles and glory and the other to support the #1 and be a good test driver.

Kimi has had a lot of bad luck as well. Arrivabene and Allison are always saying that lap times between Kimi and Vettel over a long distance is almost the same. Its the one lap stuff that Kimi cannot master.
