Doesn't his contract expire next year??

the announcement will come at monza..
much before the title is decided

i'm pretty sure this will be his last year in F1

From F1-live, Gazzetta dello Sport

it means his tenure is coming to an end!

I dont think Schumi will retire without a final world championship. Whether this year or the next. With that record, you cant retire a loser!

yea although id HATE to see it happen. it would be cool if schumi could beat Alonso to the world championship and prove to the world that he is still the BEST

When he retires it will be a damn scenti day for all f1 fans.

Damon Hill says he wants Schmuck to stay on in F1... he wants to see Kimi and Schmuck in the same team.
(Knowing Hill, I'd say that he's just saying it so that Schmuck loses or something to Kimi who will have an equally competetive car.)
Yes Schmuck fans, Damon Hill is a bad, bad man.

another interesting point supporting that he's going to retire..
no team announces a specific date of annoncement if its current drivers are going to renew their contracts..
so basically the announcement cant be that michael will drive for another 1/2 years..

kimi & massa for ferrari in 2007 !
