Good fo him to stay as a test driver with a top team for one more season, now with Toyota engines i think the wiliams will be good next season.

Now the question is, will he be the 1st test driver or the 2nd one. Let's see.

AS per the TOI today, he is the first test driver now that Wurz has got a race seat. And apparently along with this comes big bucks from Williams.

Way to go NK!

I guess once you reach that level specially if your the first and only one from your country to do so its kind of a slap in the face to go elsewhere...

I think we have to make peace with NK not getting into the drivers seat in a F1 race again , he is already 30 and with not much to show the team bosses would be reluctant to take him on.

It would be great to see Narain in a Spyker. They have a revised car coming in a few races time. Lets wait and watch.

Looks like Spyker is short of money for 2008.

Exactly.. The reason for the previous driver "Christijan Albers" to get the boot. Sponsor failed to pay up.

Hope Narain has his bank account full

itv.com/f1 - Klien closes on Spyker drive
Don't know for sure , but this guy is "sure" reserve driver at Honda, and had stood in Friday FP last weekend .as Button's back is suspect ( has broken down twice in last two months). I am not sure if Honda should be releasing this guy .
And another doubt I have is .. as always Spyker will like to have a pay driver on board , not sure if NK has enough funds for that

I think the spyker news about Narain can be seen as something to be cheered upon as he will be back on F-1 scene but again with a substandard engine like his erstwhile stint .....i doubt he would make a mark with the other biggies goin great guns....He is so near yet so far ...and i feel bad for him.
