Formula1 has launched a official fantasy league in collaboration with PlayON.

Some of the details of the fantasy league from Formula1 website are as follows

The Official Traditional Fantasy Formula 1 game is now live at fantasy.formula1.com, with PlayON also operating the first Official Daily Fantasy Formula 1 game, now live at www.playon.co/f1 Both enable you to pick a team of five drivers and one constructor for each race, with points being awarded for finishing positions, positions gained and fastest lap, amongst others. The fantasy team structure is the same for both games to encourage fan interaction between the two.


How to play
Choose five drivers and one constructor, staying within your budget of $100m. Your team will score points during each race and qualifying session. At each race you’ll have to nominate one of your drivers to receive the turbo boost and double their points haul – but you’ll need to balance risk against reward, because as well as the bonuses on offer, there are penalties at stake. Every driver wants to beat their team mate and you’ll get extra points if they do. And if your driver can work their way up through the field, there are points to be gained for that too.


Join a league
Pit your skills against F1 fans from around the world – the games are tailored to local audiences and offered in local languages. Or set up your own mini league and play against your friends.

Thanks. Tried joining the league 4751da8331 but I am getting following message "You entered maximum number of teams in this league". Any idea why I am getting it?

Anyway, Quite keen to keep up though I lost 1 race!!

Yes sir, can see your team in the league now. Quite a haul of points you got there . I lost a big chunk of points because of Danny Avocado.

I can see your team in the league. Maybe it will start showing after the Bahrain GP.

For now, we have 7 teams in the TBHP league.
