I like the Crofty and Martin Brundle combo.
Only the former is very anti Max & Red Bull, so need to ignore those little digs.

Usually during a safety car the advantage it gives some drivers changes the order of the field. In this case nothing much changed that way. The benefit was spread too evenly among the top 5.

I love Martin & Ant, and Crofty I really don't mind, but when it comes to Silverstone or Hamilton in general, it really grates my ears as he gets very 'excited' lol.

I mean I get why they do it, you can't blame them for being 'patriotic' or for pandering to their majority demographic but after a while it got annoying

I think without the SC, the Ferraris would probably have finished ahead of Hamilton.

I also think Max would have taken a bit longer to get through the field, which would've made for some exciting battles (one hopes, but probably just another stream of DRS passes).

The Bulls will sweep both Championships with utmost ease this year. It will be a boring dominance.

Other than that im absolutely grinning for Nando. Finally he got into a competitive car after a long long time. This will be the one and only reason to follow this years season for me.

I really wish Ferrari address their Tire degradation issues soon to mount some challenge to Redbull.

It is a bit disappointing for F1 overall when we see only one dominant team at the front.
Been like this for 9-10 years now.

This year there was no reason for Ferrari & Mercedes to drop off as much as they have :
- parity with PUs
- aero regs more familiar than last year.
This clearly reflects at poor strategic decisions by (inexperienced?) top management.

At Ferrari, its no surprise, as they have always wanted to win 'next year' and never planned enough to ensure they can win in 2-3 years time.
Far too many heads have rolled in the last decade to ensure the step by step continuity required.

For us Alonso fans, thankfully, after 10 years, things are looking so much better.
Refreshing to see an ambitious team owner's vision correlate to on track results. Shows the difference in attitude of his REALLY HAVE TO win vs the McLaren/Alpine WOULD LIKE TO win.

It will be interesting to see Aston vs Mercedes vs Ferrari through the year.
Also hope the McLaren Baku upgrade package materializes and they can take the fight to Alpine.

Glad to see Checo maturing - His celebrations are limited and he knows that he needs to get to work for every race. So we finally have someone to take the fight to Max and hope this continues since Checo has a notorious reputation of being inconsistent when compared to Max.

Overall feel horrible for Leclerc and Norris - their talent is wasted in sub par teams.

Super happy for Alonso - the Aston Martin move was probably one of his best decisions in several years.
