I faced the same issue and restarting the app helped but during the race the app closed on its own and didn't show up again. So, I took the yearly subscription.

I have personally encountered glitches with the FanCode app, and I have noticed others facing similar issues.

I found out about this after today's Australia GP. I will subscribe and check how it performs in the next race. It is cheaper than F1TV, and if it is broadcasted on TV, there should be no glitches.

Are you using Fancode Native App or using a 3rd party service to stream - such as Amazon Prime, Airtel Xtreme, Watcho?

I watched the race on Fancode Native on my Mobile + Laptop and it worked flawlessly with no buffering. I don't remember seeing any adverts as well! And I could cast it on my Smart TV as well without any problem.

One though the brodacast missed one important incident (where Oscar went off the track, got stuck in the grass and Max grabbed the opportunity). But, I guess it was the Sky F1 feed rather than Fancode issue.

But all in all a good experience!

Fancode app on my Sony Android TV is working absolutely fine. I also love how they show advertisement in split screen during MotoGp rather then cutting the feed altogether like earlier on Jio. Best is riddance of Yamaha Blue ads.

I hope they can by next year upgrade stream to 4K, that would really make it perfect.

Yet to watch MotoGp live race. You sure there is no more that annoying Kohli MRF zlx ad? :p yay :Cheering: I will pay for it.

Issues are mainly with FanCode through other apps subscriptions.

Yes two qualifying, sprint and races later this is confirmed that you do not need to answer the call of blue or buy MRF or see overdose of Kohli anymore. We have been saved. The only ad you get for now is TVS 310RR in split screen, the commentary is cutoff but you can continue to see the feed.

Yes seems like majority of issues are through other apps, otherwise it is being covered extensively by Fancode, they are also having an option of seeing build up to race! One of the best 599 rupees I have ever spent.

Yes. I am purchased Fancode subscription this year instead of F1TV only to get disappointed. I installed FANCODE app for SAMSUNG TV. The stream got stuck 3 times during race and twice during qualifying. Pathetic app. 700 rs gone down the drain.

Lastyear I had Fancode subscription and it worked flawlessly. Now I thought I can watch it on OTTplay as fancode is part of the subscription but it was showing error, couldn't watch.

It's a compatibility issue probably with the Samsung TV. I have FANCODE installed on Firestick on two of my TV's and it works smooth as butter:p

Did you get the app from samsung app store? I seem to recall that they have their own version of the store. If so, try and sideload the apk for fancode to see if the same issue arises.

Seems like Samsung TV app issue on Tizen, works flawlessly both on Firestick and Android Tv for me. See how it is performing on your mobile phone once.
